Event speakers

  • Justine Riccomini MSc FFTA AIPA Chartered MCIPD ChFCIPPHead of Tax (Employment and devolved taxes), ICASJustine is based in West Yorkshire and is secretary to the Devolved Taxes Committee and the Employment Taxes Working Group. She leads on matters relating to devolution and employment taxes. She represents ICAS at several HMRC and industry forums (including co-chairing HMRC’s Employment and Payroll Group Forum, Employment Status & Intermediaries Forum and Construction Forum) and sits on the Association of Accounting Technicians’ employment and pensions panel.

  • Joanne Miller CAProgramme Lead, ICASJoanne joined ICAS in 2009 and has been a tutor, examiner, and is currently Programme Lead for the TPE Level of the qualification.She completed her CA training in the Audit department of a mid-tier firm. After qualifying, she moved to a larger firm, where she spent time working in the L&D team while also working as an audit manager.

  • Fiona Donnelly CADirector of Sustainability, ICASFiona drives sustainability efforts within ICAS and externally for members. She also represents ICAS on various collaborative groups including the Global Accounting Alliance and Chartered Accountants Worldwide.

  • Mimi GomSenior Partner Practice, St. James Place Wealth ManagementMimi was born in Nigeria, raised in Kenya, studied in Canada and is now settled in the United Kingdom.She is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the University of Guelph Canada.She worked previously in private banking with Barclays and Standard Bank before becoming a Financial Adviser with St. James’s Place.Mimi has over ten years of financial services experience specifically in private wealth.She is passionate about financial education. She is a global citizen and in her spare time a mother of two.

  • Chris Campbell BA (Hons) CA CTA ATTHead of Tax (Tax Practice and Owner Managed Business Taxes), ICASChris is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and joined ICAS after a career in practice supporting Owner Managed Businesses. He is Secretary to the Owner Managed Business Tax Committee and supports members in practice with technical queries.

  • Gail BoagExecutive Director of Learning , ICAS Gail Boag is the Executive Director of Learning at ICAS and joined the team in February 2022. Previously Dean of The Business School at Edinburgh Napier University, one of the biggest Business Schools in Scotland with a reputation for programmes that are closely connected to industry. She has has spent the majority of her career working with a diverse mix of organisations, from large global corporations and national public-sector bodies, to small, innovative start-ups, through a variety of leadership roles in commercial management, business development, strategic contract delivery and business transformation.

  • Cameron FindlayStrategic Briefing Manager to CEO and Chairman, NatWestCameron is currently a Strategic Briefing Manager at NatWest Group, composing the briefing papers across the CEO and Chairman. Joining NatWest in 2021, he started his career in Edinburgh on the Finance Graduate Programme, before moving to London in 2023 to join the Treasury Debt Capital Markets team. Cameron qualified as a CA in October 2024.

  • Lesley MackintoshFounder, Independent WomenLesley has over 30 years' experience advising clients on their personal and business finances helping them identify their financial priorities and creating plans which bring their goals to fruition. Throughout this time, Lesley has advised numerous clients with a diverse range of financial situations, particularly for inherited wealth, business and succession planning, divorce, and estate planning.
