ICAS office closure over the 2024–2025 Christmas break

Find out when we'll be closed over Christmas and when to get in touch if you have a pre-Christmas enquiry.

Our offices will close on Friday 20 December at 17.00 GMT and reopen on Friday 3 January at 9.00 GMT.

For general enquiries, please get in touch by 12 noon GMT on Thursday 19 December to make sure we’re able to respond in time.

During the break, our phonelines will be closed, and emails won’t be monitored. Any emails sent during this time will be responded to after we reopen on Friday 3 January.

Technical helpdesk

Our technical helpdesk will also be closed during this time.

For technical queries, please also contact us by 12 noon GMT on Thursday 19 December. We can’t guarantee a response to queries submitted after this time.

We encourage you to get in touch as early as possible so that we can assist you before the break.

Course discussions in Advantage

Course discussions in Advantage will not be monitored during the break.

To make sure we have time to respond to your posts, please get in touch by 12 noon GMT on Thursday 19 December.

Annual Renewal deadline

The deadline to complete Annual Renewal for 2025 membership is 1 January 2025. Annual Renewal can be completed quickly and easily online at any time.
